Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Jessie - a London-based sexologist who’s helped thousands of people learn about sexual pleasure and rights.
I work as a somatic sex coach and sex educator, with my qualifications endorsed by the Association for Somatic and Integrative Sexologists. I have hold a Postgraduate Certificate of Sexology and Master of Human Rights.
I focus on helping people untangle the attitudes and ideas that are restricting their pleasure and intimacy - so that they can have healthier and happier experiences of sex.

This first session is a chance to chat about what’s bought you to sex coaching, what you’d like to get from sex coaching, and whether we are a good match.
If we decide to move forward, we’ll sign a client-coach agreement to outline expectations of our work together. This is a no-touch and clothes-on practise.
Sessions are held on Google Meet. My rate is £110.

During the second session, we’ll complete a sexual wellbeing history audit.
This will involve me asking you a series of questions about the history of your sexual experiences. Explicit consent will be sought before collecting this info.
These questions will help me paint a fuller picture of the biological, psychological, and sociocultural factors that may be impacting your experiences of sex.
It will also help me determine practical next steps in line with your goals, including whether medical or psychological consultations are recommended.
Sessions are held on Google Meet. My rate is £110.

During each session, we’ll dig a little further into your curiosities and challenges.
The sessions are education-based and involve reflection and somatic activities.

I’m based in London, with my heart sprinkled all over the globe.
I grew up on the Sunshine Coast in Australia and spent my twenties living in Sydney, London, and Abu Dhabi.
I hold Australian, Swiss, and Italian passports; with my family currently living in Australia, Austria, Norway and the United States.
I work with clients in London and virtually.

Individual Sessions
Sessions run for 60 minutes and are offered virtually.
The first two sessions must be purchased as individual sessions as they are designed to assess your needs and make a plan of action. Once we’ve completed your sexual wellbeing audit, we’ll discuss the best package option for your coaching goals.
Payments are to be made before sessions.

Sex coaching goals and timelines look different for everyone.
The 4x session package creates a solid foundation for your sex coaching journey. Throughout this period, you can expect to start untangling some of the attitudes and ideas that may be restricting your experience of pleasure and intimacy.

The 12x session package is an investment in your overall wellbeing. Throughout this period, you can expect to gain momentum and see meaningful change in how you understand and experience sexual pleasure and intimacy.
